Airport Berlin Brandenburg

Berlin is the third largest airport site in Germany. In 2019, around 35.65 million travellers were handled in Berlin – a new passenger record. In October 2020, the month in which Berlin Brandenburg Airport went into operation, the number of passengers due to the Corona crisis was just under 600,000 compared to around 3 million passengers in October 2019. In 2021, 9.95 million passengers passed through BER.
